Save Settings
If you scan the following codes, you may lose your current settings. Make sure to save settings on your reader before
scanning the Sufx codes. If you scan more than one sufx you will receive each scanned sufx in your scanned data;
(i.e., if you scan comma sufx twice, you will get two comma sufxes). Scan the following codes to set appropriate sufx:
Sufx - Carriage Return (RS-232) Sufx - Comma Sufx - Line Feed
Sufx - Carriage Return Line Feed Sufx - Space Sufx - Enter

6.6 - Reader Text Commands
Enabling Reader Text Commands allows the CR1200 to accept text commands via serial communications. Scan the fol-
lowing codes to enable/disable reader text commands:
Reader Text Commands On Reader Text Commands Off - Default
Note: Text commands can only be sent to the reader when it is active. Refer to Reader-Host Interface Control Document
